OK Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signature.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the website, mobile application, waitlist pages, product pages, services, AI-assisted recommendation features, and other digital interfaces offered under the brand name OK.

For these Terms, “OK”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to OK App Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

The terms “you”, “your”, or “user” refer to any person who accesses, browses, registers on, joins the waitlist for, or uses the OK platform.

By accessing or using OK, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not access or use OK.

1. About OK

OK is a consumer platform focused on healthy food essentials, nutrition-aware product discovery, and AI-assisted recommendations.

OK may help users discover, browse, purchase, or receive products such as healthy snacks, breakfast foods, beverages, supplements, spreads, dips, staples, grains, and other daily wellness-oriented essentials.

OK may also provide AI-assisted features that help users understand calories, protein, fiber, sugar, ingredients, product suitability, and goal-based recommendations.

OK is not a medical, diagnostic, clinical, pharmaceutical, or emergency healthcare service.

2. Use of the platform

You may use OK only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes unless we expressly permit otherwise in writing.

You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with its functioning, copy its content, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer any part of the platform, scrape data, upload harmful code, impersonate another person, or use OK in a way that violates applicable law.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we believe that your use of OK violates these Terms, applicable law, or the safety and integrity of the platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use OK independently.

If you are under 18, you may use OK only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

By using OK, you confirm that you are legally competent to enter into a binding agreement under Indian law.

4. Account and waitlist

You may be required to provide details such as your name, mobile number, email address, location, health goals, food preferences, activity level, and other information to join the waitlist or use OK.

You agree that all information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs through your account.

We may refuse registration, waitlist access, or platform access if information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or suspicious.

5. Product information

OK may display product information including product names, images, descriptions, prices, nutrition values, ingredients, allergen information, serving sizes, availability, delivery estimates, and other details.

We make reasonable efforts to keep product information accurate. However, product information may be provided by sellers, manufacturers, distributors, or third-party partners. Actual packaging, ingredients, labels, prices, nutritional values, and availability may differ from what is displayed on the platform.

You should always read the physical product label, ingredient list, allergen declaration, expiry date, usage instructions, and manufacturer information before consuming any product.

6. Nutrition and AI recommendations

OK may provide AI-assisted recommendations based on your stated goals, preferences, activity level, food choices, browsing behavior, product data, and other inputs.

These recommendations are intended for general wellness and convenience only. They are not medical advice, dietician advice, diagnosis, treatment, cure, or professional healthcare guidance.

You should consult a qualified doctor, nutritionist, dietician, or healthcare professional before making significant dietary, health, supplement, or lifestyle changes, especially if you have a medical condition, allergy, pregnancy, eating disorder, metabolic condition, chronic illness, or prescribed medication.

OK is not responsible for decisions you make based on AI recommendations or nutrition insights displayed on the platform.

7. Allergies and dietary restrictions

Products available through OK may contain allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, seeds, preservatives, artificial sweeteners, or other ingredients.

You are solely responsible for checking whether a product is suitable for your allergies, intolerances, dietary restrictions, medical needs, religious preferences, or personal choices.

OK does not guarantee that any product is allergen-free, gluten-free, sugar-free, vegan, vegetarian, organic, low-calorie, high-protein, or suitable for any specific health condition unless clearly stated by the product manufacturer on the product label.

8. Orders and availability

Product availability may vary by location, time, seller, inventory, demand, and serviceability.

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order may be cancelled if the product is unavailable, payment fails, address is unserviceable, delivery is not possible, or there is an error in product information or pricing.

We may limit quantities, refuse orders, cancel suspicious transactions, or restrict purchases at our discretion.

9. Pricing, fees, and taxes

Product prices, delivery fees, handling charges, platform fees, packaging charges, convenience fees, small cart fees, taxes, and other applicable charges may be shown before checkout.

Prices may change without prior notice.

All prices are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise.

The final amount payable will be shown before you confirm payment.

10. Payments

OK may support payment methods such as UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, payment links, Cash on Delivery, or other payment methods.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment gateways, banks, wallet providers, or financial service providers. Your use of such payment methods may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

You agree to provide valid payment information and confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

OK is not responsible for payment failure caused by incorrect details, insufficient funds, bank issues, payment gateway downtime, network issues, unauthorized use of your payment instrument, or third-party payment service failures.

11. Delivery

OK may provide delivery through its own team or third-party delivery partners.

Delivery estimates, including “delivered in 30 minutes”, are indicative and may vary due to location, product availability, traffic, weather, demand, operational constraints, partner availability, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, contact number, and delivery instructions.

If you are unavailable to receive the order, refuse delivery, provide an incorrect address, or fail to make payment where applicable, the order may be cancelled and charges may apply.

12. Cancellations, returns, refunds, and replacements

Cancellation, return, refund, and replacement eligibility may depend on the product category, seller policy, packaging condition, delivery status, and applicable law.

Perishable, consumable, opened, used, damaged, temperature-sensitive, personalized, or hygiene-sensitive products may not be eligible for return unless defective, expired, damaged at delivery, wrongly delivered, or otherwise eligible under applicable policy.

Refunds, where approved, may be processed to the original payment method or another method permitted by OK.

Refund timelines may depend on banks, payment providers, and internal processing.

13. Offers and promotions

OK may provide offers, coupons, discounts, referral benefits, credits, free delivery, promotional pricing, or other benefits from time to time.

Such benefits may be subject to eligibility, expiry, minimum order value, serviceability, usage limits, product exclusions, and other conditions.

OK may modify, suspend, withdraw, or cancel offers at any time.

Promotional benefits have no cash value unless expressly stated.

14. User conduct

You agree not to:

• Use OK for unlawful purposes
• Provide false, misleading, or incomplete information
• Misuse offers, coupons, referrals, or promotional benefits
• Harass, abuse, threaten, discriminate against, or harm delivery partners, support agents, sellers, or other users
• Refuse delivery based on unlawful discrimination
• Attempt unauthorized access to the platform
• Copy, scrape, reproduce, or commercially exploit OK content
• Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Manipulate ratings, reviews, feedback, or platform systems
• Use OK to resell products without permission
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

15. Intellectual property

All rights in the OK brand, logo, website, app design, content, visuals, text, graphics, product experience, interface, software, AI workflows, recommendations, and platform materials belong to OK or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, frame, mirror, or commercially exploit any part of OK without our written permission.

16. Third-party sellers, brands, and services

OK may display or enable access to products or services offered by third-party sellers, brands, manufacturers, distributors, delivery partners, payment partners, analytics providers, or other service providers.

OK is not responsible for the actions, omissions, product quality, manufacturing standards, claims, labeling, warranties, or services of third parties except as required under applicable law.

Your use of third-party services may be governed by their respective terms and policies.

17. No medical warranty

OK does not warrant that any product, recommendation, ingredient, or nutrition insight will achieve a particular health, fitness, weight, nutrition, wellness, or lifestyle outcome.

Any health-related information provided on OK is for general informational purposes only.

OK does not replace medical professionals, dieticians, nutritionists, or healthcare providers.

18. Disclaimer of warranties

OK is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, complete accuracy of product information, constant availability of products, fixed delivery timelines, or suitability of any product for your specific health needs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OK disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

19. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OK shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, health outcomes, business opportunity, or personal inconvenience.

Our total liability for any claim related to a transaction shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

20. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold OK, its directors, employees, partners, agents, sellers, service providers, and affiliates harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your use of OK, violation of these Terms, violation of law, misuse of the platform, or infringement of third-party rights.

21. Platform changes

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or add features, products, categories, delivery areas, pricing, offers, or platform functionality at any time.

We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of OK after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

23. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable law, courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or your use of OK.
